Patrick Shearer

Born and raised in Stirling, Patrick Shearer has deep roots in the Quinte region and continues to build his life and family in the very community he proudly serves. A natural fit for real estate, Patrick officially joined forces with his mom, Kim, over a year ago to form Team Shearer, combining shared values, local knowledge, and a client-first approach that has become their signature.
Having grown up watching Kim work with dedication and professionalism, Patrick developed a passion for the industry early on. He brings that same commitment to every client relationship—built on trust, care, and a genuine desire to help people achieve their goals. Whether buying or selling, Patrick ensures his clients feel supported from the first meeting to well beyond the closing date.
Outside of real estate, Patrick has dedicated more than 15 years to volunteering with local youth hockey teams, showing his strong belief in giving back to the community that shaped him.
